Mikuni SBN Custom Tuning Kit

Offered here is a custom kit to help with tuning your Mikuni SBN (square body) 38mm 40mm 44mm 46mm dual or single carburetor equipped Sea Doo but it will also work with other makes as well. The way it works is you pick your median jet size and needle valve size then I provide a kit with a low speed jet range of 5 below and 5 above and a high speed jet range of 10 below and 10 above. You’ll also get 3 pairs of needle valves with your pick being the middle one. Also included are different needle valve springs for popoff adjustment. If you’re redoing your carbs, give this kit some serious thought!

Below is an example of what you would receive if you picked a 1.5 needle, 90 LS jet, and 140 HS jet…
Kit would consist of the following:

2 Each needle and seats 1.2, 1.5, 2.0 for a total of 6 needles & seats
2 each Low speed jets 85, 87.5, 90, 92.5, 95 for a total of 10 low speed jets
2 each of High speed jets 130, 135, 140, 145, 150 for a total of 10 high speed jets
2 Each of arm springs 80, 95, 115 gram for a total of 6 springs
1 Each Mikuni Pocket Tuner slide calculator for figuring jetting changes due to ambient temperature, altitude or both.
All parts housed in a labeled carrying compartment so you know where everything is!

Of course your kit would vary depending on your median jet and needle valve choices but be of similar range. Occasionally a range has to be adjusted due to being near the top or bottom of the available jets range but you’ll still get the same quantity of parts. I sometimes don’t have all parts in stock to make a kit but usually can get what you need here in a couple days so there shouldn’t be much delay on assembling a kit.
